Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States. Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia are coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when your country opens.

Processing time

Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery time

United States (current)

Continental 48 states: 3 to 7 business days from our US warehouse partner.
Alaska / Hawaii: 5 to 10 business days.
US territories (PR, GU, VI): 7 to 14 business days.

Coming soon

Canada: 5 to 10 business days.
United Kingdom: 7 to 14 business days.
Australia: 10 to 15 business days.

Shipping cost

US continental 48: free over $50, $5.99 below.
US Alaska / Hawaii: $9.99 flat.
US territories: $14.99 flat.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Most US orders use USPS, UPS, or FedEx ground.

Where we ship from

Roomlift partners with US-based fulfillment warehouses to keep delivery times fast. The exact origin warehouse may vary based on stock levels and customer location. You'll always see tracking information in your shipping confirmation email.

Missing or delayed packages

If your tracking says delivered but you don't have your package: check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If still missing after 48 hours, email support@getroomlift.com — we'll investigate and either replace or refund.

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ business days, email us. We'll investigate with the carrier and resolve.

Damaged in transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and email us with the photos. We'll send a replacement or refund — your choice.

Address errors

If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. After that we may not be able to change the destination. We're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

International customs (future markets)

When we open Canada / UK / Australia, customers are responsible for any duties, VAT, GST, or customs fees levied by their country. Prices on our site do not include these fees.
