What a trade account gets you

15% off the listed price on the trade-eligible catalog, on every order, with no minimum spend.
Quotes on volume. Ten units or more of anything, or a multi-room specification, gets priced as a project rather than a basket.
A direct contact for stock, lead times, freight scheduling and replacements — not a general support queue.
Specs before you commit. Dimensions, materials, bulb types, weights and carton counts on request for anything you are considering.

A small number of oversized pieces carry freight costs high enough that they are sold at full price only. Those are the exception, and your approval email lists exactly which ones, so you know before you quote a client.

How it works

Once approved, we email you a personal trade code. It is tied to your email address, takes 15% off at checkout on the trade-eligible catalog, and has no minimum spend and no expiry.
Use it on any order you place yourself. For volume or multi-room work, email us the list instead and we will quote it directly — often better than the standing 15%.

Lead times and delivery

Orders leave US warehouses and typically arrive within 5–10 business days. Almost everything ships by parcel carrier.

Four pieces in the catalog ship by freight (LTL) rather than parcel — they are the same four sold at full price only, and each says so on its product page. Freight needs a booked delivery window and someone present to receive it, so build that into a project timeline rather than assuming parcel speed. If a delivery date is critical, ask us before you order and we will confirm against live stock.
