Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship from our fulfillment partners within 1–3 business days and arrive 5–10 business days after that. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Where do you ship?
Currently the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. Free shipping on orders over $50 USD.
Do you ship to other countries?
Not yet. We are a small team and want to do shipping well before expanding. Join our email list to be notified when we add your country.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
10-day money-back, no questions asked. If it does not fit your space, return it for a full refund. Email support@getroomlift.com and we will send a prepaid return label for US and Canada orders.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement free of charge or refund you — whichever you prefer. No need to return the damaged item.

Will it actually fit my space?
Every product page includes exact dimensions and the most common spaces it fits. Not sure? Email us a rough measurement and we will tell you honestly whether it will work. We would rather lose a sale than have you return something.
Where are your products made?
Our suppliers are vetted partners that pass quality and safety standards. Country of origin is shown on each product page.
Are these products dropshipped?
Yes — we work with vetted vetted fulfillment partners who hold inventory and ship directly to you. This lets us offer better prices and faster shipping than running our own warehouse. We test every product before listing it.
Payment & account
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
Do I need an account to order?
No. Guest checkout is enabled. You can create an account after purchase for faster reorders if you like.
Is your checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is handled by Shopify with PCI Level 1 compliance. We never see or store your full card details.
