If you're not happy with your Roomlift order for any reason, contact us within 10 days of delivery and we'll make it right — a replacement or a full refund. No drama.
Most problems: no return needed
We're a small team, and we'd rather solve your problem than make you ship things back. For most situations — including items that arrive damaged, defective, incomplete, or not as described — just email us a quick photo and we'll refund or replace it. In almost every case you won't need to return anything.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Email support@getroomlift.com within 10 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice — at no cost to you. No return required.
Changed your mind
That's okay too. Contact us within 10 days of delivery. For most items we'll refund you without asking you to send anything back. For higher-value items we may arrange a return — if so, we'll email you the return details and let you know who covers the shipping. Items should be unused and in their original condition.
How to start a refund or return
1. Email support@getroomlift.com with your order number and the reason (add a photo for any damage or defect).
2. We'll reply within 24 hours on business days with the next step.
3. Once approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method.
Refund timing
After we approve your refund:
• Credit / debit card: 5–10 business days
• PayPal: 1–3 business days
• Shop Pay: 1–5 business days
Exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
What we can't refund
• Requests made more than 10 days after delivery
• Items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear
• Gift cards

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws that apply to you.
